Tim from Stratfrod upon Avon spends a lot of work time in Herts so took the opportunity to stay on for a few days and get stuck in to a bespoke course. Years ago he bought the most amazing pieces of English Burr Elm (the two larger pieces will be a table project for a later date). So we took some of the off cuts and made a stunning and very unique side table.

Can’t wait to get Tim back in for the large table.

Kai from Berkhamsted wanted to make a fairy castle for his kids in an unused spot on his home landing. He chose the bespoke course, so we had a chat to work out how long he’d need with me to get this project done. Once that was agreed we got the stock ordered and jumped right into it. End result was great, he had fun making it and his kids have more fun hanging out in it.

Ray from St Albans came in to make the welly boot bench. Ray chose the two day course which gave him more time to get involved in the full process. from taking our stock from rough timber, milling it up using machines and hand tools to final dimension, putting our final design in place and finishing off with the build itself and his chosen finish.

This is the 3rd time Ray has been in and we have a blast every time.
